Speaker Bio:

Becki Wilken is a Senior Director of Software Engineering with LexisNexis Risk Solutions in St. Cloud. Becki leads a staff of 140 Software Developer and Quality Assurance professionals across 5+ states.  

Becki started her career as a computer programmer 30 years ago. Since then, she completed her bachelor’s degree and MBA at night school while working full-time and raising a family. Over the years Becki has worked her way up through various leadership positions; the last 18 at LexisNexis Risk Solutions where she found a true love for leading energetic and engaged technology professionals in delivering innovative solutions. Becki is known for her strong leadership presence, dedication to mentoring others, willingness to help, and her sense of humor.

Becki has successfully delivered many projects during her career, but is most proud of the time that she’s spent as a mentor, helping women navigate their careers in technology, a primarily male dominated industry.

Becki is extraordinarily family focused; having a close relationship with her parents, siblings and extended family. She has been married to the love of her life, Jason, for more than 29 years and spends as much time as she can with her two adult children, Kayla and Jarod, of whom she is extremely proud.

At the Women of Influence Summit, Becki will share with us some of the challenges she’s faced in her personal and professional life that impacted her happiness, and how she has used learning, mentorship, coaching, and friendship to change her perspective to overcome those challenges.
