Cathy Juilfs, CFP®, AIFA®, CEBS, is the CEO and President of AIS Planning, a fiduciary financial advisory firm she helped build from the ground up in 1999. With over two decades of leadership, she has shaped AIS’s client-first approach to wealth management and has guided countless businesses in delivering meaningful 401(k) plans to their employees. Her leadership is grounded in doing what’s right—for her team, her clients, and her community.

Cathy’s path was shaped as much by life’s challenges as by boardroom experience. Becoming a mother at 17, raising a family while building a business, and learning to lead in male-dominated spaces taught her to trust her instincts and lead with courage and clarity.

Today, she divides her time between advising clients, mentoring emerging leaders, chasing waterfalls (her Havasupai Canyon trek is a favorite memory), and serving on nonprofit boards. Her deep belief in service reflects her commitment to lifting others up and creating lasting impact.
