Session Description:
The Courage to Grow
Do you ever wonder, “if I had a little bit of courage in past scenarios, where would I have ended up?”.
Often, it can feel as though life or career changes happen to us and we lose all ability to control our situations. When arriving to a roadblock – we have the option to choose our adventure – do we make our next decision by following fear or by having a bit of courage?
During this session, I will walk you through my own journey of choosing to respond with fear or choosing to respond with courage; sharing the lessons I learned along the way. These lessons have helped me to overcome challenging scenarios and have generated a greater understanding of what is truly possible, when we decide to respond with courage.
