Before joining Next Monday, Becky was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development for a $1.6 billion privately held, employee-owned, grocery retailer with over 120+ grocery, convenience, liquor, and pharmacy locations and more than 9,000 employees throughout the Midwest. There, she led the strategic initiatives and teams responsible for recruiting, retaining and training talent.
