Becky is a phenomenal Executive coach. She gives you a platform to maximize your leadership skills, to challenge you to see the hard things, as well as to support you in being the best version of yourself. She has a keen understanding of the business needs, and how critical exceptional leadership is in the overall success. She values results. She brings a mix of heart and accountability all based on a layer of core values that are unwavering. I would recommend any organization hire her for any leadership coaching opportunity. Meet Becky Estby

I got my first job because of a cow.

This cow is special because of its connection to my roots as the youngest of six children growing up on a dairy farm and the work ethic and humility that was an integral part of my upbringing and later instrumental to my professional drive and motivation to serve others. It’s also the reason I entered the business world after graduating from college with a teaching degree. And I haven’t looked back.

My first job led to a certification in human resources, which sparked 30 years of working as a human resources professional. I’ve loved my work helping to coach people, build leadership programs and engage in strategic discussions about the most valuable assets of every organization: the people.

Next Monday is a dream come true, as I have longed to own a business where I can honor my values and do the work I am most passionate about. But the most important reason for my journey with Next Monday is Michelle Pape, who invited me to join an Executive Peer Group more than eight years ago. I, like many women who know Next Monday, have been greatly influenced by MIchelle’s passion for encouraging and challenging women to become the best versions of themselves in all areas of their lives.

Back to the cow. After college, I was working temporary jobs in a corporate setting when my dad bought a cow from the CEO of a consulting firm. He called the CEO and told him he should hire me. And he did!

“Real World” Experience:

Before joining Next Monday, I was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Organizational Development for a $1.6 billion privately held, employee-owned, grocery retailer with over 120+ grocery, convenience, liquor, and pharmacy locations and more than 9,000 employees throughout the Midwest. There, I led the strategic initiatives and teams responsible for recruiting, retaining and training talent.

A Few Fun Things About Me:

Favorite Word: Gratitude

Favorite Foods: Spaghetti, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Waffles with Strawberries & Whipped Cream

Favorite Free Time Activities: I enjoy time with family, relaxing on the pontoon at the lake and reading a good book, attending plays at the theater with my husband, and holding babies (I love babies!)

Best part of my job: I have a passion for helping others be the best that they can be, whatever that may look like for each individual. I champion individuals to tap into their own natural abilities and realize their full potential.
