Our services offer access to a comprehensive Assessment Dashboard with a range of benefits:

  • Receive daily coaching tips via email to aid personal or team growth.
  • Enable team collaboration by comparing thinking styles, communication styles, conflict styles, and how they complement each other.
  • Access various assessments including Enneagram, DISC, 16 Types to discover behavior trends; Instinctive Drives, Culture Pulse, and Motivating Values to assess culture; Strengthscope, VIA, CliftonStrengths to review strengths; Energy Rhythm to look at productivity; and the Hogan Assessment.

The Hogan Assessment suite predicts workplace performance:
